Dating can be a headache.

Women flake, lie for attention, and give mixed signals seemingly on purpose to knock you off your game.

This is completely opposite to what we are taught to believe in Hollywood and mass media.

But they do this for a reason.

After years of trial and error, THIS is the reason I found.

And it's a lot easier than you think.

To understand why women do this, you need to know basic female psychology.

Women have different hormones than us. And most of the actions people take are based on instincts. Which are usually determined by hormones and programming.

In the world of dating, men have a certain strategy: To get as many mates as possible to make sure the children survive.

Historically, not all women survive childbirth. So you had to play the numbers game.

For women, there are a lot more up-front costs to having sex. They are out of commission for 9 months if they get pregnant. So they have to choose their mates wisely.

And a lot of men out there won't wait around to protect them.

So they have to test.

This is largely unconscious so it's not on purpose. But they need to know that you're capable of staying and protecting them during pregnancy.

This seems like caveman thinking. But the human brain hasn't changed very much since then.

Are you the type of man that she can trust?

When girls flake or play games, they are essentially seeing if you can be trusted. Do you have the confidence to persist? Can you handle rejection and pressure?

These are the traits of a high-value man.

A high-value man knows that life is hard. And you have to push through adversity. And to be fair, if you can't handle her pressure how can you protect her from the world?

This means that you need to be top of class in everything you do.

It seems unfair. But after all, if she pushes you to be better you benefit as well right?

So re-frame her tests.

She wants to know if you're worth it. And she wouldn't be testing if you weren't.

So from now on, see the tests as a sign that you're doing the right thing. And show her how manly you can be. Because strength is what makes a man.

And the best way to show strength is to push through pain.

Because that is where muscle is built.
