WARNING this is disturbing!

But you need to hear it

Okay. I am going to start this off by saying this is VERY disturbing to some, but this is a perfect example of how you can improve your life effortlessly.

I was watching a seminar yesterday from superstar marketer Dan Kennedy, and he tells a story about an extremely well-liked judge in his hometown of Ohio.

This judge was charged and convicted of sexually molesting the neighbor's daughter.

Now I don’t know the exact age of the young girl but I am assuming she was a child.

They interviewed him asking him why he did it, and how he could have brought himself to this level. After all, this man was supposed to be the shining example of what justice was.

He said something along the lines of this:

“I was working in my garden when I saw the victim for the first time. I didn’t think anything of it. Then a thought popped into my head saying ‘I wonder what that would be like’ I didn’t think anything of it, I simply continued on living my life.”

He followed this up by saying this:

“It wasn’t until many months later that I had a similar thought, only this time it lingered for a few seconds. I still had no actual motivation to take action. It was still just an idea.”

Now this is where it gets scary.

“After it happened to me the second time, it started to happen more and more frequently. Until it was all I could think about all day. And that’s when I did it.” He exclaimed.

Now obviously this guy is a huge weirdo and pervert. But what made him do something so horrific?

His mind.

In short, what you think about matters.

You have a set of thoughts that control your actions. In reality, it's more of a set of PICTURES.

Your brain thinks in pictures. Not just words.

This is where you can achieve effortless success in your life. All you have to do is change what you choose to focus on.

Do you want more money?

Think about money more often.

Do you want a better sex life?

Think about how to attract better partners more often.

These productive ideas can grow and cause you to take action as well. You simply have too many conflicting ideas that are keeping you in the same place.

Affirmations are great for this.

But at the end of the day, you need to REPROGRAM what you allow yourself to think about.

Because as you can see from the story above,

Your mind can lead you to do horrible things.

Take control.
