the last morning routine you'll ever need!
Hey bro,
Here's my personal morning routine I've been using for the last year.
(Don't tell anyone)
Wake up (wash face, brush teeth, coffee, etc.)
15 minutes deep visualization (meditate + mental picturing of goals)
30 minutes reading self-improvement
Journal entry / planning the day
Affirmations (while walking to the gym)
Workout
Obviously, you can change the amount of time you do each thing, but I have found that this works for me and my lifestyle.
The most important thing I have discovered is visualization.
Your body follows your mind, and if you're seeing things that limit you this makes life more difficult than it needs to be.
See yourself winning, and it's more likely to come to pass.
