how to build discipline (the hard way)

Discipline and habits.
I know, I know, sounds like a buzzkill, but bear with me for a sec.
It's actually the secret sauce of the 1%.
Imagine yourself as a marine, unstoppable in the face of adversity.
Pretty sweet, right?
So, how do you build discipline and habits? Here are a few down-to-earth tips from yours truly:
Start small: Rome wasn't built in a day. Begin by choosing one small habit you want to conquer and make it your mission to crush it consistently. It could be something as simple as making your bed every morning or doing a handful of push-ups when you roll out of bed. Just get the ball rolling.
Embrace the discomfort: Let's get real. building discipline means getting cozy with discomfort. Embrace the challenges. Step out of that comfort zone and show life who's the boss. Every time you tackle a tough task, you level up and become a certified badass.
Find your tribe: Surround yourself with like-minded people who are on the same self-improvement journey. Seek out those who are passionate about masculinity and personal growth. They'll keep you accountable, motivated, and might even drop some new strategies on you.
Celebrate your wins: Don't forget to celebrate. Rewards and self-appreciation are like jet fuel for your discipline engine. Treat yourself to a cheat meal or indulge in something you love. You deserve it!
Remember, building discipline and habits takes time, not a quick fix.
