are you tired of making excuses?

why you don't have the body you want

Hey bro,

I've been noticing a ton of people complaining in the group.

It seems like nobody can get their ass in the gym consistently. To be honest, I had this problem for YEARS. So here's how I got through it.

First things first, your mind is stronger than you give it credit for.

The kind of person you THINK you are is the kind of person you ACTUALLY are.

Take my mom for example.

My mom is a bit out of shape. She SAYS that she wants to lose weight, but she can't say no to a shitty meal, or a night out with friends. (usually with wine & beer)

Every time I ask her "Why don't you take a walk? or at least hop on the treadmill you bought last year?"

She always claps back with the same answer:

"Yeah, but my knee hurts, I just had surgery, and blah blah blah"

They have a name for these things. Their called excuses.

Now let's play a game. If my mom looked in the mirror and had been fit her whole life. Seeing herself overweight would hurt. (like... a lot)

The problem is my mom has gotten used to her size. So it doesn't hurt anymore.

Changing seems like a lot of work when you don't have a real REASON.

Now I am gonna leave her alone and start picking on you.

If you SAW yourself as the man that women check out on the street, you would do anything you can to STAY that person.

Going to the gym wouldn't be difficult because the pain of losing your status is worse than pushing yourself through a workout.

Sounds petty?

It's because it is.

But when you see yourself as the KIND OF PERSON that has a good body, you can manipulate your ego instead of relying on discipline.

Willpower fades, being a loser doesn't.

Make yourself feel like shit,

And you can move mountains to get back on top.

That's what psychology says at least.

Now go get 'em
