Hey bro,

I had a realization today.

On my usual walk home from the gym where I visualize my goals, I noticed a Venezuelan man asking passing cars for a donation.

I live in Costa Rica, so a TON of Venezuelans have fled their country because of corruption.

Their president is a total asshole.

Usually, I don't give money to these types of people. For some reason, I always think they are drug addicts and are going to use the money to hurt themselves.

Today was different.

I had a gut feeling that I needed to help. I decided to flag him down and give him money.

So what is the point of this email?

After I did that, I felt like I was saving the world in a way. And this applies directly to business and MAKING money as well.

You cannot make money. People have to give it to you.

And people don't give money for no reason. You have to provide a SERVICE first.

The reason why LeBron James makes so much money is because he has millions of fans who adore him and want to help him pay his bills. (and sponsors of course.)

I heard a quote that reads "The hole you give through is the same whole you receive through"

If you have a tight fist,

You're going to have a hard time getting money out of people.

If you're willing to give (shows confidence that money is replaceable) people are willing to give to you. (in exchange for service or simply just to help)

Keep this in mind at your job or business.
