90% of things people do, they aren't in control of.

This is why having a great body (and habits) matter. People are OBSESSED with status. Just like monkeys, we are constantly figuring out where we stand on the hierarchy.

This is an automatic process.

So you don't really have a choice in the matter. You're doing it. Everyone is.

When you have a great body, (as a man or woman) at first glance you APPEAR high status. For men, that means respect. For women that means beauty.

Most people won't take the time to get to know you.

So first impressions are EVERYTHING.

Imagine this scenario:

A fat, gross, greasy-haired, pimple-faced man walks into your business asking for a sale.

What is the first thing you think about? "Who the fuck is this guy?" If you said that in your mind as well, you're not alone.

Let's imagine another scenario:

A man in a fitted suit, nice haircut, lined beard, big smile, nice teeth, and a well-produced marketing booklet walks in and says the same thing. "Who the fuck is THIS guy?"

The same thought happens but on different sides of the spectrum.

Get your ass in the gym, and get some new clothes. They are guaranteed to be worth their weight in gold.
