what the youtubers aren't telling you
Hey bro,
There are things in life that just never go away.
And one of those things is sex. I don't care who you are. If you're a human, there's a pretty good chance that sex is one of the main things you think about.
And porn companies know this.
That's why they can get you on that private browsing tab night after night.
This is the ONLY way I've found to really stop fapping once and for all. (after all, people don't want to quit sex altogether. They usually just want to stop using porn.)
So buckle up, here comes the knowledge.
When I was studying addiction. (I was addicted to alcohol, drugs, porn, you name it.) I discovered that all addictions are pretty much the same.
The reason why you want it is because of the withdrawal of not having it.
So essentially when you use drugs, the comedown feels so bad that you take another hit to make it go away. And that becomes a habit.
Take a hit, feel like shit, take another hit to feel better, feel even worse, and so on.
But I want to give you the honest truth when it comes to addictions. The reason why you cannot quit is because you're still in love with it.
This sounds hilarious but think of any person with an addiction. They have an excuse for everything. and they always can "quit whenever they want"
Sound familiar?
The reason you can't quit fapping, or any other vice you have. Is because deep down you are still in love with the feeling. You think you need it to be happy.
When I was quitting alcohol, I actually couldn't imagine having fun without it.
You're so close to the sun that if you think about quitting, you feel like you'd miss out. But in reality, the drug is the reason why you can't have fun.
When you compare real sex to porn, (unnatural bodies, unlimited partners, extreme scenes) to real-life sex, the real thing seems boring.
This is the same with social media.
If you are comparing the peace and quiet you get from reading a book to the manufactured dopamine hits you get from Instagram, which one is more "fun"?
To wrap this up, you need to realize that you're not missing anything if you quit porn.
You aren't missing anything if you quit drinking.
Your friends will all continue to need porn and alcohol to "have fun" or feel normal.
But you'll develop new ways to have fun. (wink wink)
And soon those people will wonder how you did it.
Go get 'em

P.S. This email was based on the last book I needed to quit porn for good. It's called "The EasyPeasy Method" I left you a free PDF version at this link here:
