You're walking down the street, and you're having a great day. All of a sudden you see a super hot woman leaving a store.

You think "damn, she's hot! I should go talk to her!" Before you can muster up the courage to make your move, a second thought takes over.

"I don't know man, that's kinda creepy."

Your stomach sinks, And you feel like a loser. You could've done it. But you blocked yourself.

Welcome to the world of SHAME.

And this will hold you back worse than an overprotective mother.

I'm no expert, but I work on it daily because it matters. And I think you should as well.

Here's the main reason you feel shame.

When you are young, everything is new. You show your parents everything you find, and everything you discover.

But one day you find your... you know.

And for some reason, Mom and Dad don't give you the reaction you were looking for.

A sex scene comes on T.V. (to boost ratings) and your parents wince.

Everything you've learned about sex is bad. How could you possibly think it's okay after all this time?

The key is to find the negative belief and create your counter-argument.

Wanting to approach a woman is completely normal, and she WANTS you to do it. Why do you think she spent so many hours on her appearance before leaving the house?

Only certain men even try. Because if you fail, it's on the record.

The one thing that works for me is affirmations. I say something like: "I am comfortable with my sexuality."

I know,

It sounds like a therapy session.

But there's a reason therapy does this. If you deny the fact you want to have hot, steamy, borderline weird sex with a woman.

You won't take action to make it happen.

But you'll fantasize and watch porn behind closed doors. Which is WAY weirder than approaching.

So question yourself.

There's a reason why the hottest girls never get approached. Because men are SCARED. We all are.

You need to accept your animal instincts. It's funny because when other people see you do this, they usually like you more. (after all, they're freaked out by the whole thing as well.)

And maybe, just maybe, you'll get that girl you've been checking out recently.
